Ahh... First blog post! I just got back from a trip that I took right after I finished setting up my website! I had drove three hours with my friends to my other friends college to watch a musical the school set up. It was of the children's book Frog and Toad. It was suprisingly really good! I had never watched anything like it in person before so it was cool to go see. Though my friend wasn't actually in it, as they did the lights! Once it was over we went and ate at an Applebee's, which was ok I guess. The alcoholic drink I had was really good though, it was a Shark Bowl, I think? I don't remember the name much.
We had gone back to our hotel, which seemed newly built since there was like no one there, and a "Now Open!" sign. The place was nice and fancy, but the beds were hard as a rock and even with the tempature turned down, hot as fuck. I got barley any sleep and woke up at 6am for the second day in a row lmao. When we left to go back home, it was the longest 3 hours of my life and as soon as I got home at 3pm, I hit my bed and I was out until 1pm the next day.
Overall I had a really fun time, and got to meet my friend's new partner, who was also really nice and funny! Since my friend is still at college, we haven't been able to talk online much, so I really hope we get to do more soon. Though they are coming home for spring break in two weeks, which we'll hang out again, so it's not too bad!
